Hippocrates “The Father of Medicine “stated let food be your medicine and medicine your food.
Learn of foods we can use to enhance our wellness and resolve health issues such as reflux, diabetes and heart disease.
Enjoy tasting healthier dishes you may have never tried before such as Kefir, Tofu pudding, Kombucha, Quinoa salad, raw freezer fudge and more.
There will also be a drawing for a free 30 minute massage.
Laughter Yoga
· Will increase your endorphins, the “feel good” chemicals our bodies produce.
· Will boost your immune system by increasing circulation
· Will strengthen and cleanse your lungs
· Is a GREAT cardio workout; 1 minute of good belly laughter = 10 minutes on an exercise bike, burning 250 calories in 30 minutes!
Each session is free and we will have a drawing for a free 15 minute chair massage after class.
So come out and join in the laughter
