AC4me Week 2

Just a reminder, the AC4Me Kickoff will be Monday, January 7, 2013, 7:00 p.m. at the Activity Center.  The get-together will last approximately one hour, during which time your Activity Center Instructors will acquaint you with their classes.  Our Land Aerobics, Water Aerobics, Pilates, Yoga and Strength Training Instructors will be giving brief descriptions of how each of their classes will help with your weight loss goals and aid you in building muscle strength.


In addition to our wonderful line-up of classes, during AC4Me, we are also offering Latin (Sumba) Exercise Dance classes.  They will be held two Thursdays a month, beginning January 10th, from 4:30-5:30 p.m.  You can join Paula for the class, sweat with the Latin beat and work off some pounds during the fun.


We currently have approximately 120 participants signed up to participate in the AC4Me activities.  Every Monday morning beginning January 14, 2013, one of the Activity Center Team Members will be available to answer questions, help with your weigh-in, or just to give you a pep talk.  Be sure and utilize this time, we are all here to help you reach and maintain your goals.


We are looking forward to seeing all of you on January 7th, so be sure and mark your calendars and be ready for some fun.


  1. Lucia Getsi:

    Dance Fit starts on Tuesday Jan. 8, not the 10th–at 4:30. Lucia Getsi will be teaching first thee session, and Paula the second three.

  2. Linda higgins:

    Don’t know how many people who are signed up are in the Community Chorus, but we begin rehearsal that night so some of us may not be at the first meeting.
