FOUNDATIONS OF AQUATIC EXERCISE Wanna get (back) on your feet again? Doc says get into water but wonder what to do there? Can’t quite yet manage a class of 20 to 30 students? Want to really LEARN how to work the water and your posture and muscles, safely, correctly, to a healing and workout benefit? Want some written exercises in case you forget? FOUNDATIONS OF AQUATIC EXERCISE is designed especially for you! You must be ambulatory and not on oxygen support, and must wear aquatic shoes. Whether you have diabetes, stroke, vascular issues, chronic conditions, arthritis-es, pre or post surgery, or neuropathy. Dates: Starts August 1 for 4 weeks, 3 -4 spaced months a year. Time/Day: 10AM on Thursdays in the Recreation Center indoor pool. Registration: Maximum number is 8, so sign up right now by calling the Recreation Center front desk 391-4180; minimum is 4.
